I hate DHL and their opinions that if another company decides that our company should pay for unauthorized shipping, its okay for them to create an account for our company (without telling us) and bill us.

Personally, I love it when DHL doesn't show. That's one of my favs. You know, when you've got human specimen that must be picked up and delivered in a timely manner. But upon repeated calls, DHL still fails to arrive, the blood sample is unusable for analysis and I'm the poor schmuck who has to call Jane Doe with the bad veins and ask her to come back for a repeated stabbing. Yeah. I love fu**ing DHL.
Yeah, I am still angry this morning. The stupid jerk hung up on me!
